Pioneer Field tickets & upcoming events

Pioneer Field in Greeneville, Tennessee, is more than just a sports venue, it’s a slice of local history with a colorful past that keeps fans coming back. Did you know it was the first stadium to host a final penalty kick shootout back in 1996? Or recall that unforgettable no-hitter pitched there in 1963 that still gets fans talking? The place isn’t just about baseball, though. Back in 1971, it hosted a sweet night of live music with heartfelt melodies from some pretty well-known artists, yeah, music and sports in one spot. Oh, and if you’re into jazz, the 1967 gathering there was legendary, giving the stadium a little jazz history cred. Getting into the game or event can be a bit of a wait, especially since folks tend to line up hours early, especially for those coveted elite seats that everyone fights for. The drive? It’s a scenic route starting in the uplands, winding down into the basin where the stadium sits right next to that popular diner, perfect for grabbing a quick bite before the action kicks off. Whether you’re a die-hard sports fan, a music lover, or just out for a fun night, Pioneer Field’s got something for everyone. And hey, thinking about changing your seats?
